User review and recommendation of the Ovation Legend

 

The Ovation legend is a total workhorse guitar. It's very sturdy due to the lyrachord back and is made for live performances where you have to "plug in". If your looking for an acoustic jam style or campfire acoustic this may not be for you. The sound unplugged in reality is a little thin. However once it's amplified you can see why this guitar is so popular. It sounds incredible.

Besides the fact that I really like the way it plays and sounds one of the things that really brought me to it was the built in tuner, this is a must if your going to be playing live. It also has what is known as mid shift control which you can use to dial out feedback allowing you to turn the volume up.

The ovation legend in my opinion is highly recommended.
