The Fender Stratacoustic is recommended as a good acoustic/electric
guitar. It dosen't cost a lot, under $300 and has good quality, construction
and sound. It comes with a plastic ovation style back which looks nice,
is durable and adds to the tonal qualities.
The electronics are good enough for most people and sounds very nice.
The Fender Stratacoustic is also a very attractive guitar and one a
beginner to intermediate player would well appreciate.
The only thing noted on the Fender
Stratacoustic is that it comes from the factory with the action
set a little high. If taken to any good guitar shop though for not a
lot of money you can have it set down to a much nice level.
Recommendation: Good recommendation for a low priced intermediate
guitar.
For decades, the Stratocaster has been one
of the most popular of all electric guitars. Now, Fender proudly unveils
the Stratacoustic, a gorgeous thinline acoustic-electric cut in the
universally recognized Stratocaster body style. Pairing its solid Spruce
top and state-of-the-art, one-piece fiberglass body with the trademark
Fender headstock design, the Stratacoustic gives you all the feel and
vibe of your trusty solidbody. The Maple neck with Rosewood fretboard
bolts on just like your Strat's, and die-cast 6-in-line tuners complete
the package.
